What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Feature rich VoIP solution for our business. It is very easy to manage online and can access phone and messaging features from anywhere - desk phone, cell phone, laptop. Been using Dialpad for a few years now for both VoIP and conference call solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Started nickel and diming for text messages. Constantly getting charged a minimum of $1.50 a month even in months we don't use messaging. Other services do not charge for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

It can be used from many different devices - a desk phone, a personal phone, a computer. The ability to customize an autoattendant for the main line is quite nice too. There are also a great bunch of useful settings and customizations that can be applied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

The cost is significant. It can't be used without a dedicated unique 10-digit number, but there are many users who don't use any of the settings or app and only want a phone on the wall - for which the subscription cost doesn't seem worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
